Jeremiah 47 was mentioned yesterday.
Isaiah 17 comes to mind:
Here was my question from another board:
Studying Isaiah 17 and worked my way up to 19. Realized I had a few questions.
First, Damascus will cease being a city, destroyed. However, Israel will only have a remnant left. Does Israel suffer at Syria's hands during the same time frame that Damascus is destroyed? So could that be the remnant left?
Then reading further to next 2 chapters, Cush (Ethiopia and Egypt) also have judgements against them by the Father. Is that still in the future, yet to happen?
Karen did answer that question, thanks Karen.
With Israel saying "shoah" will be unleashed, that is a powerful statement considering they are the ones who have personal experience. If this continues to escalate, I can not see Iran staying out of it, he has made it clear he is more than ready to wipe Israel off the face of the earth.
Then we have Russia, Syria and Hezzaloblan (sP) which I have no doubt working behind the scenes escalating the turmoil even further.
Which leads me to my other question with Isiah 17, does that make the rapture even closer and are their scriptures to back that up.
